The mother Ship SSTO Interstellar is fitted to map and scan ressource of Eve
Evalander on the deck is able to enter Eve atmosphere after retrograde burn on ARI 73, descent and land on SURGE and SAGE engines, make science, Drill and refuel, fly around on SURGE and SAGE engines, climb back to orbit and fly back to Kerbin

Cargo bays of interstellar hold nuclear spheres called Tidal Core that produce enough electricity through supercells working on LFO (action group 1 &2) to run together the 4 SAGE engines that are electro atmospheric engines and the SURGE and SAGE engines of Evalander that help to climb to orbit.

Cargo bays of Evalander also contains these Tidal core to help running SURGE and SAGE engines to climb to orbit from Eve sea level.
