Description
A mod aircraft called Vulcan D'Kyr class. Built with 510 of the finest parts, its root part is probeStackSmall.
The inner-ring rotates on a hinge that is controlled seperately, so switch craft and dock it in the position you need. Flat to release the Tal'Kyr or in the up-right-position for fassion.

I Cheated this one in to Orbit, because my PC needs to be replaced very badly, because obvious reasons. Therefor its up to you to put it in to orbit as intended. Have fun with it.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.0.
