Description
A intermediate-range ballistic missile capable of delivering a tiny, low-explosive warhead. (NOTE: I removed some of the stages of the missile because I underestimated the power of a couple Sepratron clusters.)
A stock rocket called Ruby-1. Built with 17 of the finest parts, its root part is probeCoreOcto2.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.4.5.
