This is a stock mechanical Osprey-Style Tilt Rotor VTOL Plane/Helicopter.
Stock+Breaking Ground DLC, KSP1.8

It has no any RWs or RCS, as real ordinary planes never have them.
Helicopter mode control is done by swashplate and blade pitching in a similar way to the real aircraft.
Engine tilt angle is always same for both side engines(you see struts between two servos), so yaw makes only blades tilt by flapping hinges and differential cyclic pitch control.

Enable Advanced-Tweaks before flight!

1:Engines On/Off
2:Disable Roll&Yaw of rotor for horizontal flight (Must hit multiple times to ensure it was locked)
3:Enable Roll&Yaw of rotors, Disable RPM Boost
4:Emergency RPM Boost (Horizontal max speed up to 90m/s. don’t use in helicopter mode!)
I/K:Engine tilt

When rotors point foward, their roll and yaw input cause the moment of the other axis of vessel.
So use AG2 to lock rotor’s roll and yaw to prevent the swapped input.
