Description
After reports of ‘space madness’ due to decades of solitude, drifting in a cramped tin can, the kerbals have demanded a bigger ship for exploring the far regions of Kerbol system.
This mobile laboratory can land on, and return from, any of the outer, low-gravity bodies. Pictured here is a trip to Eeloo - landing and return is also possible from Pol, Bop, or even Vall.
Direct ascent mission profile - no rendezvous required.
Action group 1 toggles ladders.
Action group 2 toggles Terrier engines.
Launching to 150 km orbit is recommended. The first stage will run out of fuel ~100dv short of circularizing, and fall back into the atmosphere.
