Not the Gulfstream X-54

This is an unnamed vehicle based solely on the image from NASA’s website, link included below. There is no description provided for the vehicle. However, by looking at the front of the vehicle you can see a nose that is long and pointy, something that is known for being able to quiet sonic booms. Initially, I made this plane, presuming it was the Gulfstream X-54. Further research showed me that I was wrong.
