Custom action 1 for engines and gimble lock.
Dont stage the engines on take off, use the custom action.

A stock aircraft called Enforcer. Built with 265 of the finest parts, its root part is mk3Cockpit.Shuttle.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.2.

ALLOW PITCH CONTROL ON THE OUTER WINGS

The Enforcer has a high TWR so she can take off under her own steam, but she will require a drop tank as she does not have enough DV (Although its close)

Engines, Gimbal and airbrakes (For looks) are under Custom action 1, Do not stage to start the engines or the gimbal will be out of sync (Off when the engines are on and on when the engines are off)

Landings go best with RCS enabled and about 500 LF units remaining for CoM CoL balance, she also lands slow (About 100m/s) so be sure to practice before hand. She likes to side slip so remember to yaw.
