This craft started as a failed attempt to build a skiff for Jeb and Val, as a subcraft of a project that is taking waaaay too much to be finished. It didn’t work, because it was a bit too big. However, there are always uses for a fast, discreet powerboat with some cargo capability…
…and when Bill and Bob got their hands on it, they found a way to go past the KSC fund cutting.
Of course, the duo being named Bill y Bob, their moneymaking scheme HAD to involve smuggling moonshine. Anyone surprised at that?

This craft is heavily inspired by imll1’s Debt Destroyer, using a similar tech. But instead of simply activating and recovering it, you have to play an actual mission to get the money (detailed in the Imgur album captions), using the EVA construction mechanics (so remember to take Bill with you). So you don’t feel like you are cheating.

For the moneymaking mision, the powerboat is recomended to be used alongside our Flambeau bar, placed on the Island on its recomended position, and launching at night from the Cove Launch Site.

Description

Cigar-shaped skiff for water shenanigans. Top speed of 37 m/s (measured at Kerbin, full tanks, one crewkerbal). Strictly surface vessel. Trying to use it as a submarine won’t void the warranty because our laughs at you will be worth it.
Features:
- Jet turbine able to work in any planet with any atmosphere and any liquid. Uses liquid fuel. (Emulates an electrical waterjet - do NOT open the intake in oxygenless planets).
- Unpowered retractable wheels for -beaching.
- Port and starboard navigation lights that need no EC courtesy of a Zaltonic Electronics - Moving Parts Experts Group joint venture. Other lights need EC as usual.
-integrated comm antenna, GPS, KerbNet access, SAS and probe core (manually selectable in the craft’s dashboard)
-Trunk space
-Docking Jr port
-Manually operated fore and aft drain valves in case lightening the skiff for extra speed is needed (or just plain desired).

Roll control is done by counteryawing under normal navigation. For emergeny stationary roll, perform a momentary, manual use of SAS in normal mode (highly discouraged in normal navegation for risk of uncontrolled nosedives).

A stock rocket called Bill y Bob’s bootlegerskiff. Built with 31 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark2Cockpit.

Corrigenda:
While the craft works perfectly on Kerbyn or Laythe, for it to work in oxygenless planets as advertised it needs the use of the air intake mod, provided next to these lines. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had trying to smuggle rocket fuel to the explodium sea… whatever your reason for doing so, anyways.
