This started as a (failed) attempt to reach the Island Airport by just driving there, inspired by DomedCity’s video BAD Vehicle Ideas! (KSP)
Upon a simple preliminary flotation test (using altF12 just to get it to sea
) that mistakenly got Valentina to briefly join Baywatch instead, the KSC discovered that what they had in their hands was a means to quickly reach the South Pole.
To my utter bemusement, the glitch turned out to be repeateable. Sharing the craft with you for your amusement.
