Description
A stock aircraft called Gemini B. Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.4, with 29 of the finest parts, its root part is Mk2Pod.
A replica of the Gemini B capsule (hangar 4, space section) for the USAF Museum Replica Collection forum thread by Mars-Bound Hokie.
Notable differences between this and the NASA ‘A’ version were the larger heat shield for polar orbit reentry and the access hatch through it, where it was supposed to allow passage to the MOL (Manned Orbital Laboratory).
Yes, the RCS thrusters are exactly the wrong way around compared to the original, but KSP doesn’t allow satisfactory positioning any other way. Also, no attempt was made at replicating the RCS dV capability - at KSP values, the entire craft volume could be filled with monoprop and still not reach even 50% of the original.
Other than that, it is perfectly capable of perfoming its role as command module on a MOL Titan IIIM launch and returning to a safe splashdown in the ocean.

Disclaimer
This craft file contains a display version of the capsule only, as exhibited in the museum, as it was never actually flown. It is however fully functional: remove the base plate and build the actual MOL and Titan IIIM launch vehicle and send it to space.
