Description
Jackson is an Infinity Ship
Jackson can go from anywhere on kerbin to minmus, refuel, and the sky is the limit.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.0.4.
To get to minmus: Basically I flew level until over 200 m/s, climbed around 20 up to 16km or so, then basically level flight till I cracked 1000 m/s and pull up to 20ish until I hit 3 to switch over to rockets and shutdown the intakes, then target about 72km to circularize. Once in orbit move all fuel into one tank and lockout the rest of the tanks, then convert ore to liquid until you match the oxidizer levels. Then transfer to minmus at either the ascending or descending nodes. Shoot for as low a flyby as possible and burn retro to slow down and stop a few m above the surface and flip to wheels.
