THROTTLE DOWN TO 1/3 THROTTLE OR LESS BEFORE ACTIVATING THE THRUST LIMITER
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO GET THE TURBINE KICKSTARTED, ONCE THE JET ENGINE IS UP AND RUNNING THE ALTERNATOR WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS, BUT YOU’LL NEED A SURGE OF POWER TO GET IT TO START UP PROPERLY (recommended is about 500 EC of capacity at the time of starting the engines)
