Description
I’m not too excited about having submitted this craft for the third time. However, I had to make the change because I could justifiably label this craft as something it is not. So, allow me to reintroduce you all to the Klanker.
Consider this the KSP caricature of the Su-27, much like how I built an F-22 and a craft inspired by the F-22.
That being said, this thing preforms better than the more authentic
Su-27 replica, in regards to the game, but in an exaggerated way; almost arcade-like.
Frankly, I like it too much to just abandon the thing, so here it is. In proper KSP fashion, I just threw a bunch of K’s into the name.
Important things to note: I’ve limited the thrust to 90 on the engines to bring the TWR to 1.23. Since this ISN’T the Su-27, feel free to push it back to 100 and watch it soar. It pulls itself off the runway at 40 m/s without having to pitch-up at all.
