As featured in my Skylon video (see right), this subassembly rocket pod allows you to launch small satellites from a medium Mk. 3 cargo bay into high, elliptical orbits, before returning the pod to the cargo bay for recovering when your Skylon / STS Shuttle / what-have-you lands. It’s meant to be simple, cheap and quite light, and it holds very stable with the large Senior Clamp-O-Tron. Enjoy!
