Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.3.

or VERA for short is an expendable launch and landing system designed for landing on the Mun or Minmus.

VERA is capable of landing on the Mun and returning safely to Kerbin, or remain in orbit as an orbital crew vehicle with the manoeuvring stage. It is also capable of landing on Minmus and transfering to the Mun, or landing (without the fuel to return).
The vehicle includes a two-stage rocket capable of taking the vehicle to orbit.
