Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.11.1.
Mobile anti-air emplacement based off the 3 axle GAZ AAA. Made to recreate a shitpost video of an F-104A playing golf with this truck.

Use translate U/D L/R to rotate turret.
If the front wheel is stuck to the fender, lower the front wheel a bit.
