F-100D Super Sabre
The F-100 Super Sabre was the first USAF fighter capable of breaking Mach 1 in level flight, ending the era of the sluggish transonic jet fighters exemplified by its odd cousin, the F-86.
Just as the F-100 was a vast improvement on the F-86, this craft is a revisit to the first replica aircraft that I posted to KerbalX. In a little under two years, it is a testament to how much my skills and those of the replica community as a whole have improved.
