Central to Nazi Germany’s Luftwaffe was its iconic pursuit interceptor/fighter. The Messerschmitt BF-109 and all of its dozens of variants was a light fighter designed for performance and function at all costs. It was faster and
more maneuverable than
most fighters over Europe,
and could beat all fighters
over Germany until the
advent of the P-51 in 1942.

This Build
I built this BF-109, and only after I finished it I realized that it wasn’t quite accurate to the actual aircraft. However, I liked the lower part count, smooth exterior, and high performance of this version over the more visually accurate rebuild that I will be uploading shortly. I was torn as to which version to release, so I decided to release them both.
Also, this is my first DLC craft, but I won’t be doing just DLC craft in the future. In fact, unless it’s required for the craft, I won’t be using it.
