THIS WILL NOT GET YOU BACK HOME TO KERBIN. It will get you back to Eve orbit, but an EVA to a return craft will be needed there.

Get into a 100km orbit around Eve. Save your game. You’ll be needing it.
Starting at the sunrise line, burn retrograde util you run out of gas. Action group 0 deploys the bottom heatsink. You probably won’t need the top one, but it’s there if you want it. Often it collides with the craft when jettisoned, so it may be more trouble than it’s worth.
When the flames stop, deploy chutes, jettison top heatsink, enable airbrakes, then deploy airbrakes. It’s best to ditch the top heatsink before the spins start.
Drogue ‘chutes are available and they can help stabilize the spins. When the main 'chutes open, jettison the bottom heatsink and deploy landing gear.
Did you deploy your gear? Great. Await landing as more parachutes open.
Action group 1 for solar if you need it.
Action group 2 extends your ladders. You will need them. Jumping off high up is a great way to need that save game.
Action group 3 retract the ladders.
Save your game again. This can take a few tries.
Jettison the parachutes and airbrakes.
FULL THROTTLE. STRAIGHT UP.
Jettison the landing gear, science, and ladders.
Launch 2km-5km straight up, then make a slow gravity turn. Coast when apoapsis is 100km. At your apoapsis, bring up your periapsis to 100km.
