Action Sets:
Main Throttle - Mapped to the torque limiter on all motors
Translate U/D (I and K Keys) controls the blade pitch on all rotors

Blade pitch for stationary ~120
Blade pitch at max speed (~160 m/s) ~60-70

For takeoff is usually use a blade pitch of ~110. To get to max speed it requires constant managing of the blade pitch.
The rotors seem to make the SAS work less good. Needs constant adjusting or it will nose up.
