EchoStar 21 or TerraStar 2 is a Communications Geostationary Satellite set to be launch this 28 of december aboard a Proton Rocket. Its antenna will cover mainly Europe. This is the last rocket launch of 2016.

Usage Instructions:
1.- Launch the vessel into a Keostationary Transfer Orbit.
2.- Before Circularization, deploy the solar panels and the antenna hinges (To do this, undock the port and having switched vessels, ptich or roll it to fit its unstowed position)
3.- Wait until you have your desired continent right below you and at Apoapsis.
4.- Circularizate to a Keostationary Orbit with a period of 5h, 59min and 9.4 seconds (You can use Kerbal Engineer Redux for knowing this pice of data)
