Description
Inspired by the LK-700 lunar lander designed by Vladimir Chelomei. Can get to Munar or Minmus surface from KEO and return. Crew land on Kerbin in the capsule, ditching the rest of the craft on the way home.. It has three separable nosecones on the side tanks, and once they’re separated one tank makes a convenient balcony between the two ladders your intrepid Kerbals use for surface EVA.
A stock rocket called KL-700 Kestrel Lander. Built with 37 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark1-2Pod.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.1.3.
