What's this slidery thing next to the download link?

Description
A mod aircraft called GSLV-0C Ramp Launched Hyper-V Test Vehicle. Built with 126 made by the lowest bidder, its root part is B9.Cockpit.MK2.Body.Cargo.2m which you can stuff your lucky test pilots in and fly them in luxury missing everything from cabin pressurization to seats!
Built in the SPH in KSP version 0.90.0.
Please note B9 Procedural Parts are required, in addition to B9 Aerospace!
During takeoff, set throttle to maximum and maintain nose up attitude until booster separation.
