AL-5 PRYALIS
Airborne Laboratory¨by pandoras kitten (youtube.com/baconspaceprogram)¨¨Inspired by the Firefly Class transport ship, the Pyralis is a smaller, terrestrial-use vertical takeoff and landing aerial laboratory designed for fast response medical and scientific support duties across continents.¨¨Keys:¨1: Raise Nacelles (decelerate to hover)¨2: Lower Nacelles (transition to forward flight)¨: and ‘ keys for nacelle tilt manual override (raise nacelles 1 position to counter Mach effects)¨9: Toggle Crew Ladders¨0: Toggle Solar Panels¨CAPSLOCK: Toggle Fine Controls (important)¨¨Maximum tested speed Mach 3.5 @ 18,000m, subsonic cruise Mach 0.85 below 8,000m. Due to high transonic wave drag, aircraft is subsonic below 8,000m.
