Description
A stock aircraft called Loggerhead. Built with 83 of the fastest parts, its root part is mk2Cockpit.Standard.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 0.90.0.
The third in the Kerbin vehicle series (including the Barracuda and the Roadrunner), the Loggerhead is also built for speed. Although at a glance it seems to have three engines, it actually has four, giving it enormous power. Its simple and sturdy design allows it hyperspace time warp capability, letting it reach extreme speeds (see third picture), great heights (see first picture), and suborbital trajectories that reach ¾ of the way around Kerbin (see result of said trajectory in second picture). It is also highly maneuverable, and can weave in and out of KSC buildings unscathed, much to the relief? chagrin? bittersweet terror of KSC staff.
