The A340-300 is Airbus’s first 4-engine jet, able to seat up to 440 passengers and fly them over 8,000 miles. It first flew in 1991 along with its sister plane the A330 and has served with airlines all across the world as a reliable and modern long-range aircraft.
This replica is built to slightly less than ½ scale (2.5m fuselage in KSP, 5.5m in real life) and flies beautifully (in my completely unbiased opinion). If it’s lagging or slowing down your computer, the windows of the plane account for about 100 parts, so removing those will help.
