This craft was designed to travel long distances and provide close reconnaissance where other planes could not land or linger. Extensive fuel line work guarantee a perfectly balanced fuel load for a perfectly balanced VTOL operations regardless of how much time is spent in either VTOL or normal flight, or any combination of the two. The looks of the plane take inspiration from the 90’s X-men cartoons Blackbird
tho this clearly not a replica of the SR-71, but nether was the one in the cartoon…
