A stock aircraft calledthe High-Alt Recon Plane MK2. Built with 40 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark2Cockpit.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.0.5.
Meant for high-altitude survey missions, requires a Level 2 SPH. Great range, good ceiling, fairly low tech requirements. Not fitted with any mission-specific equipment, customize to your needs.
Flaps are linked to the Gear action group, and Spoilers are linked to the brakes.
