Description
A simple, low-tech, ultra long range (5200km with 50% fuel) aircraft used for kerbin science missions. Built with ven’s stock part revamp, autopilot control by AthmosphereAutopilot.
Accelerate to ~520m/s at 6000m then climb and maintain 9000m at full throttle for maximum efficiency. As fuel gets burned you can climb higher and fly faster (at 50% fuel: 10000m 540m/s)
A stock aircraft called globalflyer 1. Built with 54 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark2Cockpit.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.3.1.
