Description

Famous plane flown by Speed Racer Valentina for her world-record-breaking flight around Kerbin in less than 39 minutes.

Startup sequence
Hit <space>, then <1> to turn off the center 4 engines
Set AA to:
Heading to 90 & activate
Speed control to 1750, do not activate
Altitude to 22000 & activate

If using PWBFuelBalancer, load the <Flight> marker and click <Keep Balanced>

When speed reaches 1400, drop engines to 1/3 power
When altitude reaches 18000, full power
When speed reaches 1675, press <1> to turn on disabled engines

Activate speed control AFTER reaching targeted altitude

Stop Timewarp 150 km out

If using PWBFuelBalancer and fuel remains, at 100kmload the <Landing> marker and click <Keep Balanced>

Stop engines and drop gear when 60-70km out
Pop drogue chutes at 50 km & start diving. Chutes will not deploy until speed is safe, about 424 m/sec

<1> toggle inner 4 engines
<2> or <space> to pop chutes
<3> to cut 2 chutes
<4> to cut 2 chutes
