This is an updated version of the Pisces launch vehicle. It can lift a full orange tank to a 300*300km orbit. Both stages are fully reusable. It does not require any mods for recovery.

The vehicle is stable and easy to fly in all phases of flight. Aerodynamic surfaces keep both stages flying forward during launch and backward during recovery. I don’t know how that works, but it does. I don’t question it and neither should you.

Launch instructions:
Do a standard gravity turn, and when the first stage is almost depleted, drop it. It should land on the peninsula to the east of the space center.
Run the second stage engines at or near full power until the time to apoapsis is more than 5 minutes.
Switch back to the first stage, deploy the drogues and main parachutes when it is safe, then deploy the landing gear and fire the engines at the very last second if possible. Recover the craft.
Open the tracking station and go the the upper stage. It should be nearing its apoapsis. Circularize the orbit and deploy the payload.
Deorbit the second stage, let it point retrograde during reentry, deploy drogues and main parachutes when safe, and fire the engines at the last second if there is still propellant in the tanks. Hope that you land on a flat surface.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.4.4.
