in popup box > set longitude and latitude or you can just set one or the other, if you set it too far out the bottom floor

gets too deep and dark, I usually just set if off the shore of the KSP, believe it is longitude -73.355……. this will get you

just off shore, might have to check the (safety over ride box) if your altitude is set to low or you can change it to

something higher.
