This is FCH, or Fuel Cell HydroFoil. As the name suggest, this is a hydrofoil boat/ship powered by fuell cells. This boat uses 4 small motors but with wings underneath it lift the body when reaching 12-13 m/s or 36-40 km/h, thus giving it low drag that contributes to excellent range
When turning, it’s recommended to lean towards turning direction to give stability.

Top speed: 16.2 m/s or 58.32 km/h
Lifting speed: 12-13 m/s or 43.2-46-8 km/h
