Very easy to fly (but has slightly odd actions groups)
Stage (space) toggles all the jet engines, Abort (backspace) toggles the rocket engines, brake (b) toggles the outer 4 jet engines. Using abort as a regular action group is a bit odd, but this was built in the 2nd tier spaceplane hangar so full action groups where not available and RCS is needed for regular RCS control
Before take off cut the throttle, then hit space TWICE, and then hit abort. Now you can throttle up for take off.
Take of and pitch up to 40 degrees. Maintain that pitch until 5km up then pitch down to 30 degrees. Stay at a 30 degree pitch and at full throttle while still accelerating. As soon as the speed start dropping hit abort to bring the rockets online (leave the jet’s running). When the jets flame out hit space to deactivate them.
Once you are running on just rockets hit the prograde button (assuming the pilot has that skill) and just let the craft follow it’s natural pitch. Raise the Ap to 100km before cutting the engines and coasting to the Ap and then circularize as normal. Should be able to reach a 200km orbit with enough fuel for deorbit (but more intended for performing rendezvous at 100km)
Landing; Form 100km orbit; burn retrograde when over the mountain range in the desert and bring the orbit level with the island to the east of KSC (not the island runway, the one north east of that). Re-enter the atmo at about a 40 degree pitch and gradually reduce pitch. At this point you may want to use the brakes to cut out all but two of the Jet engines if you need an extra push to reach the runway.
