The F-7 is a very flexible multirole fighter. Its sleek, aerodynamic design allows for stable flight at very high speeds, while the canards allow for maneuverability, especially at lower speeds. As fuel is burned, the F-7 becomes more maneuverable, even to the point of near-instability. To compensate for this, move fuel forward as it is burned to offset the CoM. At lower speeds, the Slam is capable of super-maneuverability, and can obtain any attitude regardless of it’s prograde vector by utilizing thrust vectoring engines. Unlike many of my other fighter jets, the Spike has vertical stabilizers, and therefor more yaw control. The F-7 also looks amazing enough to scare away potential adversaries.
- For a greatly increased range, replace the engines with J-33
