Description
A stock rocket called Electron Rocket Re-Use Real Life. Built with 88 of the finest parts, its root part is probeStackSmall.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.3.0.
There was almost no electron for 1.3.0 so I did it :)

If the parachutes of the 1st tier are broken after leaving the first tier, try again. Sorry if there is a problem with the tier sequencing.
