Stock, long range, low cost, mining exploration project. This long range ship contains mining drones and a commsat to setup a short range network.
These initial drones are for boot strapping up to larger mining and construction operations in a distant system. They are controlled by a Kerbal Pilot with no lifesupport needs. Remember to activate their engine(s) and set control core after deploying each one (button 3).

Notes
As this is a pure stock craft, it uses mid tech propulsion, and reuses shuttle parts instead of freighter parts and is missing its SURGE drive ring. All ship antennas are retractable. To setup a local CommNet, the relay antenna must be extended and an onboard Kerbal Pilot is needed. The survey sat requires a connection back to Kerbin in order to generate a mining map.
Either asteroid miner can be docked to the front of the ship.
