Deselect RCS MK1 thrusters (6)

Mechjeb Ascent guidance Turn shape preset 30% for a 200km orbit

Important windows for Mach and VS:

9000m -14000m - 16000m - 22000m - 25000m

Rotation VR= 140m/s

After rotation select VS 130, then increase smoothly to 180 -200 through Pilot assistant .

Climb to 10000m around maintaining around 300m/s

Passing 9000m decrease smoothly VS to 30-40 to accelerate through Mach 1.5

At 14000m Mach 2.4 VS 100

You should reach 16000m and Mach 2.7 - 3.0 and increase VS smoothly to 180

This will keep you away from Temperature Red zone

At 22000 Mach 4 and select RCS (use Vernor engines to avoid small lateral oscillations and high AOA)

You should reach 25000m at Mach 4.0 VS 170-180

At 25000m switch off HDG and VS control on Pilot assistant while Switching on Rocket and engage Mechjeb AP.

If 30% turn shape is selected, you should go through without Stall (will keep VS around 170-200)

If you don’t use Mechjeb keep 170-200, Avenger 3 will fly and accelerate straight forward

Deselect RCS for orbital manoeuvers. At least deselect Cockpit top Vernor engine (7)

Once in Orbit 200km Fuel left 32.5% Oxy Left 29%

At orbit 600km you get around 10% Fuel and oxy

Re entry:

At 60km, Select RCS for Vernor engines (hit 7 and 8) and deselect MK1 Thrusters (hit 6) and select Speedbrakes.

Select Prograde on SAS

Avenger will nose up on aerobraking, and top cockpit Vernor will avoid flipping

You should not experience any spin before 22000m as long as you maintain this procedure

Relight Engines on air cycle below 24000m/s (Hit 2 to switch to air mode and Hit 1 because speed brakes shut down engines)

You could then stall or dive. If you loose control, let her go, it will come to dive under 10000m, then you have time to recover

Landing 40T

Final speed around 150 VS -5m/s

Just before Touch down select brakes to deployed Speed brakes and drag chutes
