The successful Soyuz 7K-OK lacked one feature – the ability to make internal crew transfers. There was a highly publicized transfer of crew between Soyuz 4 and 5 but it required potentially dangerous EVAs and would not work for transfers to a space stations. The new Soyuz 7K-OKS used the new
probe and drogue mechanism of which variants are still used for present-day Soyuz spacecraft. The successes of Soyuz 10 and 11 were unfortunately overshadowed by the tragedy of Soyuz 11 and the loss of cosmonauts, Georgy Dobrovolsky, Vladislav Volkov, and Viktor Patsayev.
Since KSP doesn’t required an internal crew transfer port or tunnel for transferring crew the Sangh 7K-OKS is simply meant to aesthetically match the Soyuz 7K-OK. It has been designed to dock with my Baruti DOS-1 station although it can also be used with several of my other station builds.
Most of the spacecraft is near-identical to the Sangh 7K-OK with large solar wings allowing for long-term missions, about 1900 dV worth of thrust for docking and rendezvous, and the same three module construction.
The lifter is the same R7 approximation as most of my Sangh craft and is finally easy to fly. The boosters are ejected upon depletion somewhere in the mid or upper atmosphere with the first stage continuing the ascent. The first stage should be ejected upon reaching space with the second stage handling the orbital circularization. Both first and second stages have separation motors which should take care of any potential debris.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.3.0.

Don't forget, people build craft at all skill levels, just 'cos something is 'newbish' doesn't mean it needs hatin'.
