There were numerous extensions and applications proposed for Project Gemini including lunar exploration, one of these included attaching the then-new Centaur upper stage in a manner similar to the Gemini-Agena docking and using the Centaur’s powerful engines to send the Gemini into a lunar flyby or even, with some modifications, into lunar orbit entirely.
The Leo Trans is a vehicle based on this Centaur proposal and modifies the Inon upper stage, from the Muo-Inon launch vehicle, and thus allows the standard Leo space capsule to orbit around Mun. If you have the cryogenic boil-off option turned on than I recommend only a high orbit, possibly elliptical, so that you have enough fuel to make the TKI (Trans Kerbal Injection) burn to get you home. If you have it turned off you should have enough fuel for a low orbit around Mun but perhaps needing just a bit of thrust from the service module to finalize the return journey.
The ascent profile for this rocket is pretty much the same as any other Muo-Inon launch. The engine boosters are ejected in the upper mid-atmosphere with less than optimal ejections affecting how much dV there is left in the Muo rocket to help with circularization. I used parking orbits between 100 and 150km for the rendezvous but reasonably lower or higher orbits should be perfectly fine.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.3.0.
