Description

P-05 Cathedral is a heavy unmanned aircraft carrier that can project firepower by deploying 4 Paladin-class drones during flight.

Drones

P-05D Paladin drones were built to be light and agile. Their reaction wheels, thrust vectoring engines and control surfaces allow for high maneuverability. However, they have very low fuel capacity and tend to be unstable during dogfights if you’re not using afterburners.

Deploying drones

Jettison 2 drones at once or in quick succession to avoid destabilising the carrier. Once the drones are deployed, select the OKTO2 drone core (clipped between radome and reaction wheel) and press Control from here for more convinient controls. Or just let the AI flight computer pilot it.

Takeoff tips

Accelerate until the runway ends, then pitch up. The Cathedral is quite stable in flight, unless the center of mass is skewed by attached drones.
