Description

The Gale 2 is the finest Kerbin-based class in our hangar. It is perfectly balanced for VTOL and horizontal flight, can land on the sea and on land, and has several hours of range on the fuel cells - which can be replaced by NF Electrical reactors. (Note: fuel cells tested by Maths™ but not in reality).

It also comes with an adorable little Leaf rover-copter which can go quite fast and reach very high places. Rated for water landings if carefully controlled. It’s quite hard to land on the ship, although you can land in the area with reasonable accuracy. You may have to pitch up to get it to connect with the Klaw.

I/K controls blade pitch on both the Leaf and the Gale. H/N controls the servos on the Gale’s engines.

A Restock+ air… ship… boat… carrier… thing (Lead Zeppelin for short, because it’s heavier-than-air) called Gale-class 2. Built with 152 of the finest parts, its root part is mk2DroneCore.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.8.1. I use Restock and Restock+ (which both Should Be Stock) and so it may look a little different if you use it without the first.
