Description
The Annulus 1 is a long-range light cargo/crew transporter. It has almost 8km/s of dV, allowing it to transfer crew or small probes to the furthest reaches of the Kerbol system. It has 4 equally spaced docking ports which can be utilised by proves and other small craft.
It has an all new revolutionary low-profile nuclear engine, aka a LV-N Nerv clipped into an adaptor, which allows it to land safely on the surface of lower gravity worlds, with a Kerbin TWR of 0.29. The top-of-the-range Invisible Landing Gear (aka Clipped) with new grip pads mean that it continues to look cool in orbit and on the ground! And also we have more dV, which is always good news.
A stock rocket called Annulus I. Built with 144 of the finest parts, its root part is Mk1 Inline Cockpit.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.7.3.
