Requested in response to the corn-on-the-cob relay, a popcorn relay. Once you’re in the approximate orbit desired, spin ‘er up and stage. Et voila! 97 new relays! Over time, they will spread out and cover the entire orbital band… or become lots and lots of space debris.
A stock rocket called Popcorn Relay. Built with 1277 of the finest parts, its root part is HECS2.ProbeCore.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.5.
