Description
The F-15 ACTIVE started life as the first 2-seat F-15 and 6th F-15 ever made, before it was modified into the F-15 STOL/MTD (Short Takeoff and Landing/Maneuver Technology Demonstrator. This modified plane was then lent to NASA for the Advanced Control Technology for Integrated Vehicles (ACTIVE) program.
The result was a highly maneuverable and active fighter, recreated here. What’s not recreated is the awesome paint-job it had.
A stock aircraft called F-15 ACTIVE. Built with 33 of the finest parts, its root part is mk2SpacePlaneAdapter.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.4.
