A stock aircraft called Convair XFY Pogo. Built with 88 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark2Cockpit.
The Convair XFY Pogo was an early American study of VTOL aircraft. While capable of vertical takeoff and landing, landing proved difficult and required experienced pilots and finesse. The ultimate death blow, however, was that the design relied on two contrarotating 3-blade propellers while everybody was moving to jet engines.
The Kerbals however made theirs nuclear powered.
