What's this slidery thing next to the download link?

Description
The An-71 was a Soviet AWACS plane designed by the Ukranian Antonov Design Bureau.
Based on the An-72, it features a large tail-mounted radome designed to feature a proposed Vega-M search radar.
While 3 airframes were built, all three were prototypes and the type was never completed.
A stock aircraft called Antonov An-71. Built with 39 of the finest parts, its root part is mk3Cockpit.Shuttle.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.4.
