Stock+ craft for a forum electric-prop speed challenge. 351.5m/s!

Each nacelle has fuel and a pair of fuel cell arrays. Try pasting these nacelles on other craft - the EM-64s motor with 14 R-25 ducted fan blades motor seems to be the best I can do with this combination. Non-staged fairing hides the motor from drag.

Controls: motor torque on main throttle, forward/back RCS keys (H/N by default) to control bade pitch. Max speed I could find ws at 58°, but it takes a long steady ramp up to get there. Remember to dial back blade pitch if you stall, or you’ll crash.

Fun to fly, easy to launch and land. Try coming in to the runway at 300+m/s, then slam on 10G of brakes by dialing back to 10° blade pitch. Very short takeoff and landing runs if you run the blade pitch controls fast.
