A mod rocket called Dory-ER + A Crap Launcher. Built with 71 of the finest parts.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.0.2.
With around 4km/s [Edit: If using the latest version of Mk2 Expansion - which this wasn’t built with… you’ll only have 3.2km/s - sorry!] of Delta-V, this nifty little fish-like craft has all but the science jr. Because that thing isn’t aesthetically pleasing when mixed with Mk 2 Spaceplane parts.
Not rated for significant atmospheric flight - because it will just want to fly backwards. The wings are there to look pretty. Er, and carry fuel. For a shorter range version just remove the wings - CoM will still be perfectly balanced so you’ll have no problems docking.
You might want to build your own launcher. The included launcher works, but it’s not pretty….
