A more economical and streamlined version in the Moonraker series. Sacrificing prospecting scanners for lightness while achieving orbit with less engines. Air intake aerodynamics were improved into a triangular shape. The more efficient vectors replace multiple torus engines used for VTOL that are stored inside MK2.5 service bays and result in a better streamlined profile. A more heavy duty front landing gear is used for faster landing speeds. Angled drill for a more compact vertical profile to avoid clipping cargo bay roof. Still needs refuelling in orbit before reaching first mining destination.

Need RAPIERs in rocket mode during VTOL for initial boost for Kerbin takeoff but can switch to jet mode when levelling out. Trickier to take off but reaches orbit with less engines than Moonraker C8B while having twice as many nuke engines due to more streamlined design. Now with 3 times the crew capacity & bigger ore tank.

A stock aircraft called Moonraker v D3. Built with 71 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark1-2Pod.

Do not detach rover until arrive at destination. Rover wobbling, that results from detached strut, will make ship unstable.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.3.1.
